Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the debt review process, ensuring compliance with the National Credit Act (NCA).
• Proactively engage clients to assess their financial situations and present tailored solutions.
• Close deals efficiently by negotiating favorable agreements with creditors and clients.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends and changes to the NCA to ensure best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in Debt Review processes, with in-depth knowledge of the National Credit Act (NCA).
• Matric a requirement or a passed grade 11.
• Strong understanding of debt restructuring, negotiations, and compliance requirements.
• Debt Review Certification an advantage.

• Deal-Closing Expertise: Proven ability to seal agreements and secure client buy-in effectively by cold calling.

Work Environment & Compensation

Location: Room 215, 2nd Floor, corner of Carnie and Rawoot Square, Klipfontein Rd, Rylands, Cape Town

Office Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Every alternative Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time and Permanent vacancies available

Compensation: R6,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month (experience dependent)
